How Our Story Started

At KFI Staffing, our mission began by noticing the critical need of entry-level manufacturing employees nationwide. Whether those gaps stem from talent shortages, high turnover, or underestimating how a fully staffed team affects revenue – our goal was to eliminate problems surrounding staffing gaps. With over 80 years of experience, our team set out to change the landscape of the staffing industry by empowering and supporting the employees we place.

We recognized the challenges associated with filling entry-level general labor roles and saw the impact it had on employers and communities. That’s why our company developed a unique model- aimed at not just filling staffing gaps, but at reshaping the employment landscape.

We help manufacturers across the country fill entry-level general labor roles. Our unique model level sets employment needs by filling large volumes of open roles while providing housing and transportation to our workforce.

Overview Of Our Recruitment Timeline

Initial Discussion

We want to learn your needs and goals. We’ll show you our unique model and discuss how we can work together.We'll then put your specific needs on paper and begin the process of sourcing housing for your new hires.

Contracts Signed

Once the contract with final staffing requirements is signed, our team will finalize housing details and delivery timeline. Associates then begin onboarding at KFIS offices with training, paperwork and all the details they'll need for their first day.

Associates Begin Work

Associates are then transported to housing where we help get employees settled in and support ongoing needs. Along with support from the rest of our team, a bilingual supervisor will be be onsite to help with the transition into their new role.
